我长期从事企业管理工作，拥有财务、人力资源和企业运营管理的实践经验，也一直参与企业从成长到持续优化的全过程。 我不是技术开发者，也不是 AI 专家。 我更关注的是，如何把企业多年积累的经验、流程、法规知识和管理方法，整理成一套能够持续传承、不断成长的企业知识体系。 目前，我正在推动企业 AI 知识库建设，希望将原本分散在员工经验、制度文件和项目实践中的知识进行系统化整理，让 AI 不仅能够服务外部客户，提供专业、稳定的咨询支持，也能够成为企业内部员工培训、知识传承和日常工作的智能助手。 我相信，AI 不会取代专业，而是帮助专业沉淀、传承与放大。 自 2018 年加入 Herb & Fashion 以来，我一直参与企业不同阶段的发展，目前担任 Assistant General Manager（AGM）。 除了企业运营管理外，我也负责推动企业流程标准化、知识沉淀及 AI 知识库建设，希望把真实企业积累的经验，转化为可复制、可传承的企业知识体系。 我相信，真正优秀的企业，不只是依赖优秀的人，而是建立优秀的系统。 这个网站，是我记录实践、学习和思考的地方。 这里分享的不只是 AI，更是企业管理、运营优化、法规合规、知识管理，以及如何利用 AI 将这些经验转化为企业长期竞争力的过程。 我仍然是一名持续学习者，也希望通过不断实践，与更多企业一起探索 AI 在真实商业场景中的价值。I have spent my career in business management, with hands-on experience across finance, human resources and business operations — supporting companies through every stage, from early growth to continuous improvement. I am not a developer, nor am I an AI expert. What I care about is how to turn years of accumulated experience, processes, regulatory knowledge and management methods into a living enterprise knowledge system — one that can be passed on and keep growing. Right now, I am building an enterprise AI knowledge base, systematically organising knowledge that used to live scattered across employee experience, policy documents and project practice. The goal is for AI to serve external customers with professional, consistent advisory support, while also becoming a smart assistant for internal training, knowledge transfer and day-to-day work. I believe AI will not replace expertise. It helps expertise settle, be passed on, and scale. Since joining Herb & Fashion in 2018, I have been part of the company through different stages of growth, and I currently serve as Assistant General Manager (AGM). Beyond operations, I drive process standardisation, knowledge capture and the building of an enterprise AI knowledge base — turning the experience accumulated in a real business into a knowledge system that can be replicated and passed on. I believe a truly great business is not built on exceptional individuals alone, but on strong systems. This website is where I document my practice, learning and thinking. It is not only about AI — it is about business management, operational improvement, regulatory compliance, knowledge management, and how AI can turn accumulated experience into long-term competitive advantage. I remain a lifelong learner, and I hope that through continuous practice, more businesses can join me in exploring what AI can really do in real commercial settings.
